OMG, I nearly fell off the chair with that comment! Thanks for the compliment, but I showed my wife and she laughed so much she started to cry! "You couldn't even run a chook raffle!", was her honest reply!

It's funny that just a week ago the posts were very complimentary to VRC but this week the nervous nellies and the negative comments have surfaced again? Why?

Latest news suggests that the options conversion may be underwritten to shore up the $4.8m in cash needed.

Of course the company is touring Tanzania trying to raise the $30m needed for mine development. All mining companies need funding to set their mines up. However securing that $30m is crucial to the future of VRC, without it the company is stuffed!

From my point of view nothing has changed with VRC.

The company continues to need:
1. Positive announcements, including improved ore grades!
2. The mining licence!
3. Secure orders for the ore, BOA!
4. The successful raising of $4.8m from the options conversions!
5. The successful raising of $30m from the bond issue!

My research over the last week has found a lot of websites and brokers which keep their members informed of VRC's progress. The company has a lot more exposure on the net than I had realised. I rang one of the stockbrokers listed. They are cautiously optimistic about VRC's future and have a conservative valuation of the stock reaching 27c in the next 12 months or so. Another well published valuation of the stock is 37c. These valuations are 10x and 15x the current share price!

Will VRC's sp fall back to 1.5c as some have posted? There may be a dilution effect when the huge number of converted options hit the market in January? There may also be some profit taking? Any fall back in the sp may be a good buying opportunity?

Those who believe in the success of VRC, like I do, will also believe that in the price range of 1.5c to 2.6c, VRC's sp is cheap! (As long as all goes to plan for the company!)

I will be converting all my options and I continue to maintain my belief that VRC's sp will hit the 20c to 30c range at some time in the future. That will be a nice profit for us all!

I'm glad you had a laugh! I thoroughly enjoy reading your posts, always a balanced and considered approach.

I agree nothing has changed. And I suppose just voicing perhaps some feelings that many other long term holders share.

I do remain positive long term, but feel this year has been somewhat wasted. Let's hope 2018 brings positive news, I remain committed to the fundamentals of this company, and not selling a drop.
