Problem here is that the directors (particularly the CEO) already have a huge slice of what is currently on issue, and they will take up what is offered in the CR as the only way to put money into this company to prop it up. This means that the stock becomes even more illiquid. Any money raised is just delaying the inevitable sinking of this ship......IMO.
