just a question, why do you trash options just as they are coming into the money if you hold "many many" of them?
considering the price action over the past few days, the statement "share price movement is dead" also doesn't seem to reflect what is happening.
considering there is nothing on offer on the sell line and the fact that there are some big shareholders who would probably love for the options to go to waste in order to avoid the dilution and may wish to hold the price down for that reason until after the 31st could well be why at the end of the day we have someone to drop a handful of cheap shares to make it close low.
after the 31st there won't be the motivation to hold the price lower and we may see the price rise and take away the opportunity to enter at or below 30c while at the moment you can do exactly that either by piling into the fray and buying shares, or by buying some cheap options and converting them.
just my thoughts on a rainy weekend and pure speculation on my part.
