AFAICT yes these were attached to the 13c raise from early last year (to instos).
Many have been exercised already, based on company announcements.
The are about 115M shares to be issued in total if all of these options are exercised by the expiry date - which I presume they will be, since they are all nicely in the money.
This equates to almost AUD$30M of additional funds in our account, on top of the original $30M placement.
