I know little about this company & stock as I invest mainly in US listed biotechs (where you win some and lose some too). But I came across this announcement today in my feed and took a quick look. Though it is cold comfort for investors - and without knowing the detailed history and ‘trustability’ of your board & management - I do want to comment that imo this letter is a master class in good, thoughtful, comprehensive communication to investors. They tackle the issues head on, and come across as quite genuine. If only my biotech investments, some of which fail or hit regulatory roadblocks along the way, were as straight-up as this in the aftermath! As I said, cold comfort, investment isn’t about the warm fuzzies, and the proof will be in whether they now walk the talk. But nonetheless it is a very good letter.
