KCCG have displayed absolute and utter disregard for facts ... they are in fact intent on misrepresenting facts on UCG in general and Cougar in particular ... I can't see one fact in his current diatribe ... some point soon, if not already, he'll be regarded as the village idiot by his local community imo.

Damien O'Sullivan, a farmer whose property neighbours the trial site, said Dr Walker's letter was further proof of "the contempt they have shown the local community".

"No one is supportive of their being in the district," he told AAP.

"Cougar always tries to get away from any fact by claiming it's a misrepresentation of fact.

"UCG has caused problems wherever it's been used in the world and it's obviously caused problems here."

Opponents of the trial have a scheduled meeting in Kingaroy on Monday night
