Overall a good announcement, albeit with some timelines pushed out.
Just had a squizz of the Collie Transition Fund, and I've extracted some of the major parameters it talks to....
50/50 co contribution (50% from Company / 50% from CITF). So, if the company is investigating non-dilutive funding then they're looking for $6.25m for their 50% share.
And here are the CITF guidelines. What is not clear to me is whether funds coming from CITF needs to be repaid or not. I'm going to say they are NOT but if someone has any further angle on this, it'd be great to hear.
Again assuming the CITF contribution is a "one way" ticket, then debt funding will be a lot easier to lock in with 50% of the capital already in hand (assuming we get the grant.
