- The process of converting the sales pipelines into contracts take much much longer than anticipated. Reasons are due to the IOT industry is very young and organisation acceptance is still low due to budgets etc etc. But whose fault was it when Dave creating all these hypes by announcing how excited he is when the company has about $5.7m in current pipelines. How much converted into actual contract is unknown????

- Two failed M &As again highlighted the above point as well. It is not Dave's fault when the two acquisitions failed, but it is his fault he has created all these excitements only to have disappointments to be followed.

- ParseBuddy, in my opinion will probably highlight the above fact as well. I hope I am wrong, but the revenue number (only 6 figures) so far is very disappointing.

Anyway, it will be a very long recover process for Buddy.

He explained that the reason for the announcements and hence 'hype' was due to ASX rules around disclosure during a capital raising.

A bit dramatic there.
