Regardless of all the old goings on as this is a re born shell...
Actually looks appealing with the increase to $4.5m, gives them $6.5m in cash and only ~72m shares on issue.
So at 20c only a ~$15m MCap/EV of around $9m, seems quite reasonable all things considered.
Daresay a few of the old shareholders will exit on re listing but after the 20m churn out I expect this will tighten up.
