    re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders: Acq. of Indo... I guess once the deal is voted in by shareholders its game on then...till then the gamble is the deal doesnt go ahead...many insto's arent able to invest in a small cap like this until the deal is voted for as their charters wont permitt it....

    looks like lots of work already done to date however and the "advanced discussions with brokers line" is reassuring.
