7. CAPITAL RAISING
Subject to the Agreement, Reco will make a general offer to the public under a prospectus to issue
a minimum of 50,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 each to raise a
minimum of $10,000,000. Oversubscriptions of up to 25,000,000 shares to raise $5,000,000 may
