Note as well her use of the term 'high risk' to describe the possibility of VA, which is just another use of weasel words to cover her ass. What she doesn't tell you is that Atlas would pass the debt covenant tests in June based on the current state of the IO market. If VA was imminent, she would have used stronger and more specific language.
