Starting to agree with these statements mustpow. There is no way this deal is in the best interests of shareholders in the present (IO over $60) climate. The fact that DF gets a $600K bonus for setting the deal up is a kick in the teeth and gives him good reason to want the deal to go through.
Q4 should be well in the money and there predicting a loss, will this company ever make any money for its shareholders?
