1- It looks like this deal needs to be revised again. I don't think the shareholder should be forced to vote. If there is some flexibility in time available, an effective decision could be made. The shareholder waited a lot to see these days. At similar io price (probably 2 years ago, when the market had presumed that IO price had bottomed around 60), the SP used to be around 30c.
2- Any smart hedging news at this price would change the debt covenant game.
3- Today, the DCE is again looking green.
4- Is the below mentioned news from Vale confirmed?
5- Any chances of TO with this changed IO dynamics?
