As per the document
Price of Shares
The issue price under the Plan will be at a discount of 20% to the volume weighted average market price of the Shares over the last 5 trading days on which sales in the Shares were recorded on the financial market operated by ASX Limited (ASX) before the day on which the Shares under the Plan are issued, rounded to the nearest 0.1 cent.
The shares are going to be issued on Monday 1st June
