At this rate Nicholas Simms will be receiving between $0 - $20k (equiv value of options he will receive) for his 4 month tenure as interim CEO.
He agreed to his remuneration as per announcement and AGM minutes of 1,000,000 options at 12c strike.
This was agreed at a time when he would have had knowledge the quarterly and it’s prospects.
why would he agree to such a poor deal? Perhaps more will follow by way of positive news very soon between now and the AGM.
