I got the letter but am I going to get a proxy form with a reply paid envelope?
The board is behaving badly by not supplying a phone number to obtained the printed version of Notice of Meeting.
Shareholders should demand the introduction of more technology being used at the AGM….
there is no reason why the board and management need to be fed incoming proxies just for presentation purposes these day’s
They’re trying to enlist the govt to force all shareholders online but don’t be surprised the reluctance to improve transparency and credibility to the voting results on resolutions.
