IMO - Drive a company's SP value into the ground around time for a CR - CR fails to assist in meeting financial commitments - The company folds due to lack of funding - Cheep buy out. Does not help when the BOD and CEO appear to be assisting the company demise. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you like - let's just see what happens, shall we.
