Shareholders get priority.......

part 4.9 of the prospectus, where " the underwriter has secured sub-underwriting commitments for the full offer amount".
I was thinking of subscribing for the full lot, just to see what would happen. If shareholders get priority, I'd like to see how that will in fact be managed.
Again though, I think the behind doors deals have been made a long time ago.
