I have 500k shares (at an average of 4c) and have voted NO.

Not because of what I've read on HC but rather due to the loss of faith in directors and their belief that they really have something to offer current and new shareholders.

I've always been a long term holder with my portfolio based on DD and my own research and did have high hopes for this company. I have no-one to blame but myself for the losses in MNE I have incurred.

I would rather have the situation of VA and reassessment as I do believe that, short of a major miracle, I've done my dough. Hopefully a few other irons in the fire will pull through enough to offset this potential loss but to pump good money into this company (in it's current format) just doesn't make sense.

Irrespective of the outcome I wish all long and short-term sufferers all the best.
