Been doing some research and thought I would post here,
Some interesting finds all publicly available and up to the individual to interpret.
It appears that a number of person/s in the following court documents had an association, or relationship with the same companies

I also found that one of those companies had court proceedings filed against it in 2013, also of interest is that I believe an Australian company has been named as a defendant in the case which people may find of interest due to person/s connected to this company. DYOR

One thing that strikes me is that one of the defendants named in the following document, listed it’s principal place of business as Boston Massachusetts, (Bit close to home),

I also found it interesting that one of the founders and directors of one of the companies (which is no longer in operation and whom I'm not suggesting has any involvement with accused) was also an Australian.

Who I believe was also involved with a bitcoin mining cloud hashing company, with whom I believe DigitalBTC was involved with until they dissolved the Bitcoin mining agreement with them earlier this year.

This was also interesting from the ABC, (someone wants to avoid the big house)

I am not suggesting in any way that the Auto-Subscription Scheme was or is connected to the operations of this company, although it appears that the company may have inadvertently dodged a bullet.
Could you imagine how much money and trouble could have been generated from a Auto-Subscription Scheme, if a name that won’t be spoken had access to a potential 230 Million mobile devices.
IMO in order for this company to ever get back on track the next Executive Director needs to be announced as Jorge Nicolau ASAP.
Found the following research paper (Handbook of Digital Currency) that contains information on DCC quite interesting, from page 529 onwards. Talks about corporate and trust structures of DigitalBTC I also found this quote intriguing considering recent events with Bitfinex.
“Digital CC was engaged with two of the six major Bitcoin exchanges (Bitfinex and ICBIT)”
Not sure if DigitalX is still engaged with these exchanges now though? as it goes on to say,
“It would only engage in market making once it completed its internal trading platform”

I hope and trust that this company has a turn around in it’s fortunes, and those that are still holding finally get rewarded, although IMO it is going to be a slow and steady climb.
