On average around 3 hours every weekday for over a month. Driving around to post offices, multiple trips for document certification, long drives for 'pop ins' to remote bank branches only to be told we need appointments and have to reschedule. emails for signatures backwards and forwards between directors.
Hours of waiting in call queues listening to canned music. hours waiting for 'reserved position' callbacks that do not always come. An absolute nightmare and it looks like I am only half way though.
Been through an entire packet of printer paper, various forms for various aspects over 9 new accounts, 4 for me, 5 for company) scattered everywhere to the point where I have totally lost track of what form is for what, whether for myself or the company and who are all the people I have spoken to about that specific form.
There is something seriously wrong with the productivity equation in our economy. It's all red tape and no action.
