And the whole process was complicated by the last-minute notification of an extension as I had just given up and done an outstanding address change which naturally wreaked havoc on all oustg applications when I had to reactivate them and fail to get them done for another 2 weeks.
Would have been better to have had that extension a few days prior, but not sure it would have ended in success either.
