So the board spill might be a giant waste of time. No new directors have been nominated. Other than Jimmy there are 3 directors, and there needs to be 3 at all times. So if Jimmy is voted off, even if all 3 directors are not voted back on they will be automatically reappointed as there are no other nominations. So for the next board spill we need to get nominations in early to make sure there are at least 3 other options for new directors. If Jimmy is not voted off then I presume that one of the directors might not be reappointed.
