Nice summary.
For mine, I think i'd rather buy $1.40 worth of an existing beasty (PGF) that's very similar....trading at a discount to NTA and already proven and paying a divvy.....albeit a little lower than the stated 3 - 4 % that the new LIC is chasing.....
