Of course I'm disappointed and frustrated but the point of my post was just to point out it will not be up to the court to make a ruling on the ASX findings that will be up to ASIC. The court case is only about the legitimacy of the suspension nothing to do with any breaches of listing rules or findings by the ASX and just pointing out that some people seem to think the court will rule on the ASX findings and that is not the case.
