re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders from Board of... Good news, answers and updates may be in the wind.

By the 9 May (or earlier) there may be information available regarding JORC.

Most important IMO CXY still seems to be in the UCG capable business. Some Q&A's here would be welcome.

On the 2nd May, the Kingaroy matter should be back at Court for mention and hopefully direction about where this is heading. My hope is a final hearing date will be set if settlement has not been reached. It will be nice to finally get this out of the way.
