Hi All, The same thing happened with Biota when it came to an out-of-court settlement against Glaxo, so people were howling for Peter Cook to go. They shut up when Biota had success with its Relenza. With Pinnacle (now Cougar) a renegade mob actually manouvered to install themselves as the board, but were turfed out when the former directors took them to court and won. Be careful about tossing out the baby with the bathwater. VOTE AGAINST ALL RESLUTIONS AT THE EGM
