At the current share price it is clear that PVL has no chance of winning control of the vehicle, Garner is way too capable and has current retail shareholders on board. That "could" change if PER rallied to say 2 cents on volume (cash backing could be as high as 1.8 cents, will find out more end of April after the vote) , and the share register turned over , but I really don't believe PVL has the resources or the incentive to pay that much given their fee gouging strategy. So just as likely for mine that PVL are sellers now. I'm sitting at 0.9 to buy some more stock, chance of cheapies "if" PVL capitulates and right sizes their position lower.
