To me it is clear now why they're raising more cash and renegotiating terms. With previous let an fully maxed and a delay in becoming EBIDTA positive cash on hand becomes an issue. Killed two birds with one stone by improving terms of loan and extending but at a hefty cost to shareholders. Hopefully no more setbacks from here
