Ann: Letter to Shareholders from the Chairman, page-15

I hope there are enough shareholder votes to right this ship. Not being provided with a reason for why the CEO was dismissed after so many months is farcical - would sack these clowns just on this basis. They do not seem to have the right experience to properly grow the business.
I am wondering what Macquarie is thinking (as they are the largest on the register currently holding all of Richard Graham's old shares - note it appears from the holding entities that it's Macquarie the bank, not the Asset Management arm, where objectives are potentially different). Have been long IFM for a long time - but career directors with zero skin in the game and apparently only one objective of increasing the size of the business just so they can justify higher directors fees/salaries, have come along to try and screw it all up.
