Something in me is saying we wont be delisted.

at very high level i am thinking this and i could be completely wrong.

1. This 3 million raise is all ready to go and as someone suggested its right before patches and other things are ready to go in wider retail space.

2. If this gets delisted, it will be a significant damage to PP (given how his success of Foreo was all over in newspaper) plus all the shares he accumulated over last 3-4 years will be worthless so he worked for nothing. Yes you can argue he will reap benefits post going private but i dont think he will let that happen.

3. SS reputation (whatever its worth) is also not going to look good, he is on many boards as well.

may be Rebel's positivity is rubbing on me. I hope i am right for all LTH sake.
