I can imagine some of the shareholders who are selling their own house. They are chatting to the real estate agent:
Now behind the wardrobe is where there is a large crack in the wall due to soil movement.
When it rains these gutters overflow and water will come into the house.
We think there are termites in this part of the house.
The neighbour on the right has parties all night often going to 3 or 4 in the morning with loud music
On Saturday nights there is drag racing in the street, and you can pull up a chair out the front and watch it.
