Thanks for leeping investors updated.apart from the above, another area of concern is IWAC. When we spoke with the BOD we had been advised that no conflict of interest existed at the current stage. This was in late 2021.
For me personally, I am hesitant with investing further until I know indefinitly or atleast when the CR is announced if any conflicts of interest regarding IWAC have initiated. If we were effected via merger lets say in March 2023 we would obviously once again be heavily dilluted. So why invest now?
A critical question in the lead up to a CR. I dont want to be funding the compamy just to be taken out... My losses are already significant. At thr same time I do want to remain listed so tighr place to be for longtermers.
