Barri the technicalities and uniqueness of our financing requires a specialist in company law & taxation law over different countries along with a host of contacts at the highest level of finance. Our outgoing CFO without knowing his background may have been a competent ACA but unable to cater to our specifics. A bit like a Law graduate defending a murderer in the High Court.

No disrespect intended to anyone,but in the whole scheme of things this is just another piece of the puzzle falling into place. All of this is my opinion only as it is important that every aspect be presented for consideration.
