A strange release. They say we hear shareholders given they lost the vote without genius and yet in the same release mention we still want to continue with the genius pipeline which no one wants but genius.
My main issue is they still haven’t addressed occupancy and seem to have no plan on how they will improve it. No point in buying centres if they continue to go backwards over time.
