if they can buy new centres from genius at 75% occupancy and 4.25 X previous yr Ebitda - i will support it. but there is nothing in darren in this so thats why we havent seen a single center through the incubator.
I think as a minimum they would issue 10% extra scrip to buy 1-2 more centres from Genius in coming future - for that they dont need shareholder permission
