Wow... Interesting BGS went through a similar thing where one of the directors was sending out prefilled forms and getting computershare to call people to change their votes.
Follow-up with ASIC asap is probably best course of action if she is using company funds. I hope the vote goes well for you guys as it worked for BGS. And yes merchant was also part BGS shareholdings as well.
