Not sure if you noticed, but as if this dodgy clown show could not get worse - they are reappointing the former CSO/CEO/CSO (Vesey) as an Exec Director.

No one more singularly responsible for the comprehensive mismanagement, dysfunction and failure. Or who walked away with more investor $$$ in salary and bonuses. Although Martin & Karolis are close seconds.
Other than Lee, the “board” were Vesey lackeys. Who repeatedly did 180s on their exec remuneration policy to shovel more salary and bonuses Vesey, Martin & Karolis way while tanking company value. Or perhaps Bazza would like to try justifying that?

The idea this comprehensively failed, teetering on insolvent circus would now “buy” another while reappointing objectively abysmal management is ridiculous.
