Hi all,
the question has been raised already above but I haven't seen an answer yet. What does the spin-off mean for Ardea shareholders outside of Australia? I live in Germany and have acquired the shares here at the German stock exchange. The letter sounds like I would not be getting any Godolphin shares automatically - is that right? Does not sound really fair towards non-Australian shareholders. You guys have all the nice beaches and the sun, and now also you get the extra shares ;-)?
Does anybody know?
