Does anyone know if the in-specie distribution is actually limited to Australian based share holders as per letter? I've not seen that in the material before and would have meant quite a different approach to holding investment. Also if additional shares applied for in the priority application would be scaled back if oversubscribed? (I'm based in NZ and assuming having to pay by bpay I have to arrange it with my bank and don't know what happens in a refund situation)
