    It definitely gives the impression that the future of isx is intimately linked to nsx. For good or bad. It also might be a backup should the court case go south or more revelations about jk arise. Wonder what nsx are paying him for a salary.
    nothing in the announcement clarifies how his combined roles is not a conflict of interest. Unless it is accepted that nsx is basically dead without this deal.
