NSX is merely one arm of what ISX can/is/will do, JK is just getting involved at the ground floor to get the wheels in motion for the NSX direction that best suits ISX. Shortly (if not already) NSX will be locked into a position where their future solely relies on what ISX has to offer and at that point there will be no need for ISX to take NSX over, JK will step away at this point and this arm of ISX will make money for both ISX and NSX.
