Thanks siciliavin!... unusual but makes perfect sense (given NSX historically underperform and need to change their MO) to allow cut through at the strategic level so they can align the technology and operational outcomes of the JV.
As JK states - there is a need to attack this from a start-up perspective, which means clean, lean and focused.
