Yeah, you're right. Which will take the pressure off.
They're still very limited by their credit facility as they can only purchase upto $8m at a time with a 12 week wait time between placing the order and receiving, even if it's a direct import to the customer. Not to mention they're still cash flow negative, which means sooner rather than later they will need more money.
I'm currently trying to buy some lights and having issues. If you've followed this stock for some time, you'd know this has been the case even prior to covid.
Hopefully they can get on top of this issue over the next 6-12 months.
Currently, they're sitting at a market cap of $130m, which I think is fair value +/- $20m.
Revenue for FY20 was ~$30m. I'd they can average $4m going forward (currently fluctuating between $2m to $5m) then $50m is on the cards for FY21 with upside if they can sort out their supply chain.
