I think this is LTR covering its ass. If someone in USA downloads the prospectus and reads it, it would have to comply with USA corporations law & listing rules pertaining to share offers. Same for Germany, France, etc, etc. The way of getting round having to comply is to say "not our responsibility" if someone downloads it. The application form is an offer between you and LTR, a take it or leave it without the requirements of a prospectus.
