I apologise for posting repeatedly on this.
From what I can tell you have Issuer Sponsored shares on Computershare that you cannot see on Commsec. I am assuming you have collected some shares over the years that are not broker sponsored (Commsec being your broker). If you want to see these shares on your broker account you need to fill in the form as outlined above. You need to ensure the name of the holding is exactly the same as your Commsec account otherwise, you will need to complete a name change form first.
I do not trade on Computershare, not even sure you can. I tried once but it didn't work. My advice is get your holdings broker sponsored so you have all your tradable shares under your broker account. Commsec doesn't transfer shares to Computershare.
