You are all jumping the gun. This is a „if the need arises“ provision, which is entirely normal. It needs to be passed by shareholders. Otherwise FNT cannot raise capital.
FYI, if a future CR was announced, I would support it 100% and take up any shortfall that I could get my hands on!
