Okay here we go.... something definately brewing here.
SRA is also Capri who is Geoffrey Kinghorn. Geoffrey is the son of RAMS homeloan founder but more importantly he and Donahue go way way back.
In 2013 Kingkorn (Capri) took a substantial holding in KBL mining who Kidman also had a holding in.
Donahue (Kidman) tried to overthrow the KBL board in 2014 which was unsuccessful but eventually in 2016 KBL went into administration.
Kinghorn ended up getting Mt Holland for Kidman and the rest is history.
