You're right - I misread. They are targeting Dram ~50ns, and are close to it. It should still answer DIM81s question though in what DRAM are they targeting and close to - and I believe ~50ns is the upper range. This is taken from the Pitt Street reports, they would have discussed this with the 4DS team for their DD and report.
